Meet Judy
Judy Ash has enjoyed helping people find property since 1984. A lowcountry native, she was reared in Pinopolis, a small, quiet peninsula on Lake Moultrie. Educated at Converse College in Spartanburg, S.C. and the L'Alliance Francaise in Paris, France.
In 1963 she began a career in the aviation industry, traveling the world over for Delta Airlines and Pan America World Airways. She lived in Atlanta, Kansas City, New York City and settled in Litchfield CT., in 1977. She made a permanent home there until 1997. In 1984, her Real Estate career began in the Marrin Real Estate office, the oldest firm in Litchfield as well as Sothebys representative. There she studied diligently, obtaining her GRI designation and joined FIABCI, the international Real Estate organization. Also, she passed the rigorous discipline for the state appraisals. Presently she is studying for her brokers license. Currently, Judy is serving as Honorary Commander of the 437th Operation Support Squadron at the Charleston AFB.In 2003, Judy attended the annual National Security Forum at the Air War College, Maxwell Air Force Base, Montgomery, Alabama, as the quest of the Secretary of the Air Force, Dr. James G. Roche. Other Aviation organizations to which she belongs are: Wings Club, World Wings International,and PANAM Historical Society. On the local level, she completed the Berkeley Leadership program sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce. She also serves on the Berkeley County Airport Commission. The airport is expanding The new hangar is under construction now. Judy serves on the American Red Cross Carolina Lowcountry Chapter as a board member. Funds are needed by the American Red Cross. The chapter is busy raising money. Judy is fortunate to find herself working with the most experienced firm in Berkeley County with cutting edge technology. When she is not busy with real estate, she enjoys her many hobbies and renews acquaintances from her childhood.
